Scott Jensen
Scott brings over a decade of diverse leadership experience to Granterion. With a background in construction, military service, real estate, and small business ownership, Scott’s journey has equipped him with a unique blend of operational expertise and strategic acumen. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Rasmussen College and earned his MBA from St. Cloud State University.
As General Manager, Scott provides strategic oversight of Granterion’s operations, facilities, and personnel. With a focus on organizational management, he leads cross-functional teams to achieve maximum operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys fishing, camping, coaching youth sports teams, and traveling with his family. He is also an avid volunteer in his community, dedicating his time to various charitable causes and organizations.
Andrew Hoffer
While one of the more recent additions to the Granterion team, Andrew is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of sales and business development experience. He holds a management degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and has a background in enterprise sales, key account management, and sales leadership across diverse industries.
Andrew believes in active listening and truly understanding needs as a way to enhance the customer experience, create enriched relationships, and drive mutual success. He sees immense potential in Granterion’s business model as a means to scale and deliver instant value to its customers.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring outdoor activities, and indulging in his passion for football. He actively contributes to his community through volunteer work and charitable donations, embodying his commitment to making a positive impact beyond the workplace.
Brian Schaefer
Brian brings a wealth of expertise to Granterion, with a background in commercial credit analysis and a BA in Business Administration from Concordia College. Since joining the company in 2013, Brian has continually demonstrated his commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
In his current role, Brian manages the creation and tracking of the warehouse variable budget. His responsibilities include forecasting space and staffing needs, optimizing production management for various 3PL clients, and leading initiatives to improve operational efficiencies.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys golfing, traveling, and hiking with his son, particularly at national parks. He is passionate about supporting causes like the Boy Scouts, embodying a commitment to community engagement and personal growth.
Chris Yogerst
Chris brings a diverse background and a wealth of experience to Granterion. This includes a background in construction, six years of active-duty service in the U.S. Army, and several leadership positions in sales management.
In his current role, Chris oversees day-to-day inbound and outbound operations, playing a pivotal role in optimizing warehouse processes, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. With expertise in warehouse management, risk mitigation, and leadership, he is committed to driving efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of operations.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys volunteering, community involvement, and pursuing outdoor activities like fishing and biking. He is passionate about supporting causes such as the American Legion, local youth sports, and the Cancer Society, reflecting his commitment to making a positive impact in his community and beyond.
Diane Trigg
Diane brings over 30 years of engineering experience to Granterion, with a focus on warehousing and fulfillment operations. Backed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Supervisory Management, Diane leverages her extensive expertise to optimize organizational structures and supervisory practices, driving efficiency and productivity.
With certifications in work measurement and labor tracking—as well as a Green Belt in Six Sigma—Diane excels in implementing data-driven strategies to streamline processes and enhance operational performance across the company.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Diane is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new destinations and reconnecting with nature through camping adventures.
Jeff Wolseth
In his seven years with Granterion, Jeff has greatly expanded upon his initial role, taking on additional responsibilities and staffing duties. He is currently in charge of overseeing the daily operations of our facility, safety, security, and maintenance departments. Jeff received a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety and Environmental Studies and is an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals.
Jeff’s contributions directly support Granterion’s goals and objectives by implementing preventative maintenance programs for conveyor systems, HVAC systems, and industrial equipment to reduce operating costs and manage budgets more effectively. His proactive safety programs aim to minimize occupational injuries and worker’s compensation spending.
Recognized for his achievements, he received the Minnesota Safety Council’s “Award of Honor” for his role in reducing occupational injuries in the workplace. Outside of work, Jeff is an avid fisherman and hunter, pursuing his interests in the great outdoors.
Mike Malley
Mike is a seasoned professional in third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment, with decades of expertise extending beyond traditional warehouse settings. Collaborating with Granterion’s many industry partners, he drives operational excellence and maximizes value across the supply chain.
In his current role, Mike oversees critical domains such as system management, inventory control, packaging, and product ownership, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. Equipped with robust SQL database skills, he leverages data to inform strategic decision-making processes and propel his teams toward excellence.
When not at work, you can find Mike restoring vintage cars or indulging in boating excursions and other outdoor activities with his family. As a proud grandfather, Mike cherishes every moment he spends with his two grandsons.
Samantha Schlangen
As Granterion’s Implementation Manager, Samantha plays a key role in making sure new clients are onboarded smoothly and operational processes run like clockwork. In her time at Granterion, Samantha has become a go-to for turning complex challenges into efficient, streamlined solutions.
Before stepping into her current role, Samantha worked as an Inventory Control Coordinator and Business Development Supervisor, giving her a strong foundation in logistics and process improvement. Known for her sharp eye for detail and love of a good project, she’s always looking for ways to optimize systems and keep things running efficiently.
When she’s not immersed in inventory or solving problems at work, you can find her relaxing by the lake, enjoying quality time with family and friends.
